The Philadelphia Engineering Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, is the charitable arm of the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia (a 501(c)6 trade association).  Membership in the Foundation and its Board is contingent on membership in the Club.  The Foundation was established in 1967 to promote knowledge, education, and training in the science and profession of engineering.

The Foundation administers several awards and scholarships as part of Delaware Valley Engineers Week. This provides a 501(c)3 tax deduction to individuals contributing to these awards.

Since it was founded in 1967, the Foundation has provided scholarships and financial support to hundreds of college and high school students with awards and prizes made during Engineers' Week.   In addition, we recognize outstanding secondary school math, science, and engineering teachers.
