They are executed to protect the parties involved – in terms of project delivery, budget, staffing, insurance, and a slew of other components. How do you read a contract? What should you search for in a contract? Can a contract be modified? In this course, led by TWO engineer-lawyers, we will explore the importance of reading the fine print, as well as the impacts of failing to do so.
