Senior Managing Principal - Head of Asset Management, Lubert-Adler, L.P.

Stuart Margulies is a Managing Principal of Lubert-Adler and is head of asset management. He is responsible for the management and oversight of the firm's existing investments and is also involved in the acquisition of assets in the hospitality and self-storage sectors. He is a member of the firm's asset management, compliance and valuation committees. Mr. Margulies has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate investment sector.
