Registering through STEM Wizard is much like registering for any other online service. You will need to create an account at the beginning and will then be able to change your information and status through your account.
Steps:

Fill out your information, (DVSF only uses this information for contact purposes, we do not share the information)
Select a password
Your account has been created. You will now get further updates from info@stemwizard.com - Be sure to check your SPAM folder.
Within your account are a series of "Milestones" that gather more detailed information about you for placement purposes. (Category/Special award, Judging preferences, etc.)
