A Beginners Guide to Self Defense

This program will be focused on lifestyle awareness and empowerment to prevent attacks. We will discuss defense against the most common strikes and methods to disable your attacker by utilizing your strength. This is an interactive program which begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance techniques while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.
