Weinvite you to our first PDH lecture of 2026. "Leadership and Management; They're Not the Same Thing", is definitely an interesting topic relevant to professionals at all stages of their careers. Our speaker, Frank E. Falcone, is a retired Captain in the United States Naval Reserve, Civil Engineer Corps. He currently serves as the Director of Professional Development & Experiential Education in the College of Engineering at Villanova University. He is also the founder of the Career Compass Program at Villanova University, which focuses on professional development, leadership, management, and ethical behavior.
