The construction industry faces a mental health crisis that is often described as a "perfect storm" of risk factors. Historically treated as a taboo subject, the industry is now shifting toward open dialogue to address why its workers are at such disproportionately high risk. The Growing Committee is proud to present a panel discussion focused on mental wellbeing and suicide prevention. Join representatives from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), Benchmark Construction, and Skanska for a roundtable discussion focused on awareness, prevention, and strategies to nurture well-being.
