A bit about Esther...
Ms. McGinnis is an Executive Vice President and the first female member of the Board of Directors at Gannett Fleming. As the Director of MidAtlantic Region, she is responsible for all facets of operations, including business development, client relations, project performance, project principal oversight, and adherence to the firm’s ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System.
In 2017, Ms. McGinnis co-founded Connected Women at Gannett Fleming™, an award-winning employee resource group with a mission to create a culture that empowers, supports, and mentors women to achieve career and personal success at the firm. She chairs the Gannett Fleming Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, and was an inaugural member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee.
Ms. McGinnis is a long-time supporter of WTS Philadelphia and is a charter member of its Executive Women's Roundtable.
