Don't miss this major event -- a panel discussion with PennDOT's three Eastern Pennsylvania District Executives on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Kalahari Resorts in the Poconos. Our panel includes the following District Executives:

• Kenneth McClain, District 6-0
Happy hour starts at 4 PM and a dinner buffet starts at 5 PM, with our speakers to follow.

For this event only, we are offering meeting sponsorships at $100 each. As an added incentive, the first 24 meeting sponsors to register will have one seat reserved at one of the three head tables with the speakers! HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Many of you have already taken advantage of the room booking at the reduced rate of $161 for Thursday night. This booking includes waterpark passes for all those who are staying in the room with you (up to the maximum occupancy in your room, of course). This is a buffet dinner. There are no choices for dual plate (chicken/beef) vs. vegetarian. An earlier version of the registration form asked for a meal choice when you requested additional participants. There will be options available at Kalahari for those who want a vegetarian meal. I am sorry for the initial confusion but anyone accessing the form should NOT see a meal choice option anymore.
The $100 meeting sponsorship does NOT include the dinner RSVP. There is a separate link for the dinner registration and a separate link for the meeting sponsorship. The $100 meeting sponsorship is for sponsorship ONLY and provides your firm the opportunity for one of your employees to sit at one of the three head tables. If you are the person whose name is listed for the dinner sponsorship and you will be also present for dinner, you must also RSVP for dinner separately ($65 for ASHE, $70 for non-ASHE, $20 for agency/government/student/retirees).
