American Street Improvement Project Construction Tour
Join us for a construction tour of the City of Philadelphia's largest streetscape project to date. The innovative design earned the WTS Philadelphia Project of the Year Award. The project is revitalizing an old industrial corridor using a road diet, GSI, and raised bike lanes. The tour will include a discussion of the GSI, including bioswales and stormwater infiltration columns, presented by the engineers who designed them! Please note the attendees will be required to bring their own hard hats, safety vests, and boots. Join us after the tour for a networking social at Evil Genius Beer Company. Attendees of the networking social must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol.
