Thisworkshop will provide an overview of mindfulnessand how it could potentially improve your health, happiness and quality of life as you reduce stress. For over two decades the Penn Program has taught mindfulness-based techniques to thousands of people as a way to improve mood and energy, increase focus and mental clarity and enhance communication.

A bit about Mara..
Mara Wai, MEd, is the Associate Director of the Penn Program for Mindfulness. She oversees administration facilitates Mindfulness-based Stress Management programs. As a mind-body coach she utilizes mindfulness and other mind-body tools with private clients to support them to apply mind-body awareness in pursuit of life goals and in navigating challenges.
