During this session, we will discuss the application of speed humps on local road in PA. Be ready to share via polling, chatting, or talking about what speeding issues you have on local roads, and how speed humps have performed for you. We will discuss which how residents have adapted to speed humps, maintenance issues (such as snow plowing), speed hump design, and other related issues. Share what has worked on your roads and learn from your peers.
This is a new series of weekly LTAP Virtual Drop-ins centered on various safety and maintenance topics. These sessions are not virtual classes; they are informal 30-45-minute live sessions focused on networking and sharing information with other municipal roadway personnel. Whether you’re new to the virtual world or have lots of experience, you will enjoy meeting up online with LTAP staff and other municipal staff to learn and discuss information critical to your job.
LTAP staff will start the session with a short presentation and then open the discussion to attendees to ask questions and share their experiences. LTAP will guide the discussion to keep it focused and accurate.
