Women in Pharma (WIP) Book Club Meeting:"The Power of Moments: Why Certain Experiences Have Extraordinary Impact"

Women In Pharma is hosting the second installment of the series of discussions on "The Power of Moments: Why Certain Experiences Have ExtraordinaryImpact" by Chip Heath and Dan Heath. The book delves into some fascinating mysteries of experience: Why we tend to remember the best or worstmoment of an experience, as well as the last moment, and forget the rest. Why "we feel most comfortable when things are certain, but we feel most alivewhen they're not." And why our most cherished memories are clustered into a brief period during our youth. We will key in on the ways in which "ThePower of Moments" shows us how to author richer experiences in both our professional and personal lives. The first session (in March)was an overview, and thissecond session will continue to delve into the key points made within the book.
