As part of a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant awarded to Mercer County Community College (MCCC), we cordially invite you to a conference to discuss desired employee skills. The grant, called Transforming Engineering Access for Mercer Students (TEAMS) involves three conferences. This will be the third conference, on MCCC's campus, and is targeted towards industry professionals and college students. We will have a roundtable discussion with panel members representing the New Jersey Department of Transportation, municipal engineers, design engineers, and construction managers. We hope to bridge the gap between what is taught in college and what is required in professional practice.
The conference will take place on Thursday, February 8th from 6-8:30 PM at the MCCC Conference Center (https://conferencecenteratmercer.mccc.edu/). Dinner will be provided. To secure your attendance, please fill out the information below ASAP. You will receive a confirmation email the week of the event (please check your Spam folder in the event that you do not see something in your inbox). As spots are limited, we maintain a waiting list and alert you if a spot opens up.
