Judge Kavanaugh and #MeToo) underscore the need to replace the old model, which trained employees on laws and rules, with a fresh approach that emphasizes what matters most – ensuring employees know how to make the right decisions and take the right actions if they experience or witness sexual harassment or other misconduct.
This course is designed to help achieve a greater understanding of what qualifies as sexual harassment and the best practices for prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. This course highlights the various types of sexual harassment, its effect on a victim and the workplace environment, and methods of control, prevention, and response. It will explain the implications of sexual harassment for both employers and employees.
